Telethon Lottery Home Breaks Records

The 2012 Channel 9 Telethon Distinctive House and Land Lottery has raised a record amount of money for South Australian charities…..

Every year for more than 50 years, the Channel 9 Telethon Distinctive House and Land Lottery raises oodles of money for South Australian charities, but in 2012 the lottery home – located at Pipers Crest – raised a record breaking $920,950.

The money raised by the Telethon lottery goes to many small homegrown charities who, without the money raised, would find it difficult to continue providing their services.

Lanser Communities, who donated the land at Pipers Crest, is delighted for the lucky ticket holder Judy Miller. The beautiful Distinctive home on offer could not have gone to a more worthy winner, and we are thrilled that Judy and her family will get to enjoy the prize together.

Lanser will continue their involvement with the Telethon lottery in 2013, donating a block of land at Aspire in Evanston South for this year’s prize.
